No. Many of our clients live abroad and are unable to visit the property regularly. We manage the entire process on your behalf, coordinating contractors, suppliers, deliveries, and site supervision while keeping you updated through regular calls, photos, videos, and progress reports.
Yes. Although we are based in Rome, we manage projects throughout Italy, including Tuscany, Puglia, Sicily, the Amalfi Coast, Abruzzo, Milan, and many other regions. Thanks to our network of trusted local professionals, we are able to oversee projects regardless of location.
