This project involves the design and construction of a new home for a single man, located in the heart of Rome.

The main feature of the residence is the flooring, crafted from handmade tiles using traditional techniques. It combines marble fragments with graniglia (a type of decorative terrazzo), creating a refined and authentic Italian aesthetic.

The goal of the project was to recreate the atmosphere of a traditional Italian home—both functional and elegant.

The apartment is owned by an American gentleman with a deep passion for Italy and classic Italian style. The key colors of the design are blue and yellow, the client’s favorite combination.
